Engineering
The Role:
We are seeking a scrappy & technically capable product engineer to constantly iterate on existing & develop new features for our clinical platform. You will work directly with our founders & customers everyday to obsessively perfect the user experience. You will wear many technical hats & have a large degree of ownership over your work.
- Build & maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, & Node.js
- Design & implement backend APIs & database schemas
- Integrate & refine impactful AI/ML features across all products
- Curate & obsessively perfect the best user experience
- Collaborate with founders, customers, & other engineers
- Write clean, tested, & maintainable code
Requirements:
- You must have built something before – no minimum years required
- Minimum bachelors preferred, but not strictly required with a proven track record

The Role:
We are seeking a creative & hands-on ML engineer to build & iterate on the machine learning models that power our AI-driven radiology tools. You will work directly with our technical founder & customers everyday to obsessively perfect model performance. You will have a large degree of ownership over training, inference, & product integration.
- Develop & train ML models for medical imaging analysis
- Collaborate with our technical founder to build training & inference frameworks
- Curate & obsessively perfect optimal UX for end consumers
- Build data pipelines & infrastructure for model training
- Deploy models to production & monitor performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Minimum bachelors preferred, but not strictly required with a proven track record
- Strong proficiency in Python & PyTorch
- Must have experience training computer vision models
- Experience with training LLMs, VLMs, & transformers is a huge plus
- Comfortable running data pipeline ETL jobs with Apache Beam, Modal, or AWS Glue
- Experience with medical imaging or healthcare data is a plus

The Role:
We are seeking a versatile & customer-obsessed engineer to be the indispensable glue on our team. This is a dual role where you will partner with AEs & founders to deploy our products optimally for customers, while also working with engineers to iterate on & refine features based on real-world feedback. You will establish deep relationships with customers at all product lifecycle stages.
- Deploy & configure Avara products for customers
- Partner with AEs & founders to deliver the best customer experience
- Build custom integrations with existing hospital systems
- Establish relationships with customers to gather feedback at all product lifecycle stages
- Work with founders & other engineers to iterate on features based on customer feedback
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues in real-time

The Role:
We are seeking a relentless & hungry sales professional to drive revenue growth by building relationships with healthcare organizations across the country. You will be our sales guru – owning the full cycle from outreach to close. Extremely generous commission upside.
- Fully manage continuous outreach pipelines
- Relentlessly follow-up with & schedule meetings with prospects
- Identify & qualify new business opportunities
- Learn the technical architecture behind our software products
- Conduct product demos & presentations to prospects
- Negotiate contracts & close deals

Requirements:
